Throughout Alicante airport there are a number of services available for passengers; these range from lost luggage to banking services as well as numerous other services which you may require during your visit.

There are two located on the ground floor as well as one on the second floor.
VIP Lounge – Third Floor – 06:00 to 23:00 | 7 days a Week
Currently, there is only one VIP lounge in Alicante airport, however, when the new terminal opens, there will be more.
The VIP lounge is available to hire either via the airline you are flying with or you can go directly to the lounge where you may pay using a credit card for this service, the cost is 25 Euros. Alternatively, it is possible to book your place in the VIP lounge in advance by calling +34 966 919 149.
Services available in the VIP lounge include air conditioning, alcoholic drinks (by request), soft drinks, flight information, fax machine, television, WiFi, soft drinks, magazines, newspapers.
Please note that the VIP lounge is a non-smoking area, there is a maximum stay of three hours and that if you wish to use extra facilities such as telephone and fax service you will be charged for this.
This facility is located airside after security and is available for ticketed passengers only.
