Las Colinas Golf & Country Club has been honoured in the European Property Awards for a second consecutive year. During the awards ceremony held at The Royal Lancaster Hotel in London, competing against leading property estates and resorts throughout the main European regions, Las Colinas received top honours in the “Residential Development Spain” category – being crowned as Spain’s leading sustainable golf and residential resort.
In addition to recognition in the same category last year, the golf and country club was also named as Europe and Spain’s “Leading Villa Resort” in the 2019 World Travel Awards.
Located in Orihuela Costa (74 kilometres from Alicante and 63 kilometres from Murcia), Las Colinas has now been entered into the overall international awards which, later this year, will determine “the world’s finest property companies”.
The European Property Awards cover more than 45 residential and commercial categories, with the judging panel of 80 industry experts focusing on design, quality, service, innovation, originality and commitment to sustainability.
